Abstract

Three clinical cases are presented involving surgical synechiolysis of iridolenticular synechiae that developed following cataract extraction in patients with glaucoma. The surgical approach presented allows for stable intraocular pressure (IOP) and a significant improvement in visual acuity. This makes the surgical method an optimal treatment for managing significant adhesions.
