Abstract

SUMMARY

In article 4 clinical cases with a fungalny keratitis are provided (to two - Fusarium and to two - Aspergillus
relating to group of fibrous fungi with a partition - Filamentous septated fungi). In all cases the analysis of
diagnostic testings is carried out.
As a result of the carried-out drug treatment in one eye process came to the end with scarring of a cornea, in
the second case - the defect of a cornea was closed by biological glue, in 2 cases the disease came to the end with
a keratoplasty.
Clinical observations were confirmed with laboratory researches. Timely laboratory diagnostics, due long
medicamentous therapy and surgical intervention improve a disease outcome.
