SUMMARY

In this report were compared methods of treatment of retinopathy of prematurity, it was a reference to modern literature sources and the outcomes of scientifc researches. According to results of studies, regression of process, refractive violations and status of retina at the time of observations show advantage of anti-VEGF therapy. Although its status as the “off-label” in Ophthalmology, anti-VEGF therapy will be used for initial treatment of retinopathy of prematurity
