Abstract

SUMMARY

We created the model of hypertension by the intravenous injection of pituitrin and bandaging one of the renal aftery branch of six rabbits.
For the morphological investigation of the retinal vascular structure of the eye the micropreparations from the retina of the enucleated eye were made.
It has been revealed that in hypertension the number of functioning hemocapillaries in retina initially, decreases. Herewith their diameter contracts, the common square of microcirculatory network shorlens accordingly. The revealed changes in the renal hypertension are most expressed.
