Abstract

SUMMARY

Aim – the changes at the result of laser face epilation were investigated.

Material and methods
Two clinical cases of patients with a radial affection to the retina during laser face epilation were described in this work. In both cases there were used standard the methods of examinations and also spectral optic coherence tomography, microperimetry and multifocal electroretinography.

Results
The investigated of both eyes had in the study irreversibly reduced vision due to radial affection of retina appeared as a result of non-compliance with the safety precaution. The analysis of our researches cases confrms the need to follow the safety precautions during laser epilation.
