MƏKTƏBƏQƏDƏR HAZIRLIQ KURSLARINDA OXUYAN UŞAQLARDA AKKOMODASİYANIN SPAZMI, QURU GÖZ SİNDROMUNUN RASTGƏLMƏ TEZLİYİ VƏ ONUN ARADAN QALDIRILMASINDA OMK-1 PREPARATININ EFFEKTİVLİYİ

SUMMARY
Aim – to study the frequency of occurrence of the accommodation spasm and dry eye syndrome in the children taking preschool training courses and effciency of the preparation OMK-1 in their elimination.
Material and methods
Investigation was performed on 120 patients, examined during 2011-2013 in the National Centre of Ophthalmology named after acad. Zarifa Aliyeva. From them 45 (41,6%) – were women, 57 (58,3%) – men. The average age was 4-8 years. All patients besides the standard ophthalmological examination including (visometry, skiascopy, biomicroscopy, refractometry) had underwent the Amsler and Shirmer tests. In addition an anamnesis survey was conducted to patients. Patients were divided into two groups. The frst group received treatment by the standard technique, to patients of the II groups the preparation OMK-1 was appointed. Then all patients but frst with a narrow pupil, then after cycloplegia underwent refractometry and a skiaskopy.
Results and discussion
Citicolinum who is a part of OMK-1 possesses a broad spectrum of activity: provides structural restoration of integrity of the damaged membranes of nervous cages, inhibits action phospholipase, interfering with excess education of free radicals, and also prevents death of cages. Also this preparation contains high-molecular hyaluronic acid which possesses mucoadhesive and viscoelastic properties which are necessary for improvement of stability of the plaintive flm, and also for providing greasing, moistening and protection of the surface of an eye. Thus, the preparation OMK-1 protecting functional ability of fbers of a ciliary muscle leveling balance between parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous fbers, creates possibility of stable work of accommodation, and also possesses irreplaceable properties of protection of structural elements of the plaintive flm. In repeated inspection violation of refraction was revealed in 23 patients of the I group and 5 patients of the II groups, who were treated with preparation OMK-1.
