SUMMARY

In the article presented the effectiveness of the technique of inverted ILM peeling in 3 eyes with rhegmatogenous
retinal detachment as a result of amacular rupture was analysed, where 23 gauge pars plana vitrectomy was performed
in the department of eye complications of diabetes and vitreoretinal surgery of the National Ophthalmology Centre
named after acad. Zarifa Aliyeva from 2017to2018.
