Abstract

SUMMARY

Clinical data on 32 patients (with cataract and glaucoma) after two stage and one stage combined surgery revealed the
efficacy and safety of two methods. Combined penetrating trabeculectomy and cataract extraction or phacoemulsification
with intraocular lens implantation is preferred because of fast visual functions réabilitation and fewer postoperative
complications,well controlled IOP and visual effect after surgery.
