SUMMARY

This article is dedicated to a new treatment method of intraocular diseases through subtenon administration of
medicinal products in the area anterior emissary canaliculus.
The aim of the work was to find the safest, least traumatic more efficient and shortest way to administer ophthalmic
medicinal products and get better functional results.
While treating 33 patients (57 eyes) with ischemic opticopathy with the subtenon administration of medicinal products
into the area of anterior emissary canaliculus we got better visual functions than while treating traditionally. The method
is less traumatic, painless with no complications observed.
